Step 01
Create a matter
Open a new matter from your dashboard. Give it a name, type, and status — takes under a minute.
Step 02
Add participants
Attach clients, counterparties, and staff to the matter. Each participant can have a role and their own verification history.
Step 03
Link emails
Open any email in Outlook or Gmail, search for the matter, and tap Link. The email thread lands in the Emails tab automatically.
Step 04
Launch a verification
Start Smart IDV or Smart KYC from within the matter. Results attach to the participant record and the file.
