It is particularly useful when:

- You prefer to work within your browser without switching to the Athenty dashboard

What Athenty Snap Detects
Section titled “What Athenty Snap Detects”The extension scans the visible text of any web page for:
- Names — first name, last name, and full name patterns
- Email addresses — standard email format detection
- Phone numbers — North American and international formats
At least one name field and one contact field (email or phone) must be present for the extension icon to activate.
Security and Privacy
Section titled “Security and Privacy”Athenty Snap processes all page content locally in your browser. Page text is never transmitted to Athenty servers — only the data you explicitly choose to submit when clicking Verify is sent to the API.
Authentication tokens are stored in encrypted browser session storage, not in your Google account or browser sync. Each paired extension receives its own scoped token, revocable independently from Settings → General → Browser Extension.
