Citation Review Queue
The Citation Review Queue is where Athenty platform super-users moderate community citation contributions: the corrections, re-drafts, better authority links, and supporting evidence that any logged-in user can suggest on the law and regulation citations rendered across the portal (Critical Dates, Trust / By-Law 9, AML, and Tax).
Citations are a global, cross-tenant registry, so contributions are shared
across every organization and are moderated centrally here — not per firm. The
page is reachable at /admin/citations and is visible only to users with the
platform super-user flag.
Anatomy of the page

Section titled “1. Header”The standard page header carries the title, a one-line description, the Help and Docs icons, and a count of pending suggestions awaiting review.
2. Toolbar filters
Section titled “2. Toolbar filters”- Status — Pending (default), Accepted, or all surfaced suggestions.
- Family — Critical Dates, Trust, AML, or Tax.
- Kind — Correction, Re-draft, Better link, or Evidence.
- Search — matches citation text, proposed wording, and contributor.
3. Queue table
Section titled “3. Queue table”Vote-sorted (highest net score first). Columns: Suggestion / Citation, Family, Kind, Score, Contributor, Status, and a Review action.
4. Review panel
Section titled “4. Review panel”Opening a row slides out a panel showing the original authority text beside the proposed change, the contributor’s rationale, any supporting link, and the community vote tally. A future Claude quality ranking will pre-score suggestions here.
Reviewing flow

Roles and scope

Any logged-in user can submit a suggestion and vote on existing ones from the citation surfaces themselves — only acceptance is restricted.
Important
Section titled “Important”Accepting a suggestion does not make it authoritative. Every citation value remains Suggested — verify (attorney-review-pending) until signed off, per Athenty’s rule that any law- or regulation-derived value must carry its citation and stay review-pending until verified.
Troubleshooting
